labels

i guess i won't have the time to cut my hair ):
rach wld be smirking.

all right. this' gonna be another reflective blog entry. common tests are comin' u know. with gp paper kicking off. *sigh*

labels. nike, adidas, converse, billabong, roxy, mango, gucci... the labels found on apparals, accessories, shoes... yups. it's the labels which make them so popular and 'cool' which ppl wanna buy. "i'll not settle for a shirt unless it has a genuine nike logo on it." doesn't that sound familiar?

well, not only do these non-living things have labels, we, human do have labels too. sadly, i, for one, put labels on ppl. not that i'm proud of it, but i guess that's how we look at ppl. we tend to put these tags that read "cool", "nerd" or "freak" on others, labelling them as such for, perhaps, the rest of their lives. maybe it doesn't apply to u, but it does for me.

"nerds", or "freaks", in a harsh way rather, are ppl whom i wld stay as far away as possible. some are actually nice and kind ppl if u get to know them a lil more than just "nerds" or "freaks". yups. they are smart ppl, but i'm kinda 'allergic' to their study attitude. no, they don't have to change to please me. like who am i to change them? so ya. i tend to stay away from them. hehs.

and of coz, i label guys too. haha!! i mean, like who wldn't?? there's the nice one, the cute one, the gentleman one, and the male chauvinists. that one? sad case. haha.

it's not gd to label ppl because labelling them wld be equivalent to judging them.

in repentance, i've got to remove labels from all, not labelling them with what-so-ever names, and just being cool and nice to them, like how i'd treat any normal person. (:
