mentoring
right now, i'm reading this book on mentoring. i've gone far and i hope i will finish the book. haha. it's a v interesting book. teaches on things like what exactly is mentoring and what are the things to look out for when ur mentoring someone. so far it's interesting... ahah...i like the part about why women and men are each unique in mentoring. some of the things are quite obvious like the characteristics of women and men and some are actually surprising, esp those on men. haha. at least i understand guys better, or do i not? lol. somehow, the very reason that i can connect with guys is probably i have some guy mentality in me. haha... oh boy.missed doing qt last night because i slept early. aha. thank God i had enough rest (= there's just things to thank God for each day. 2mr is my favourite day. haha. yay!~ (=
