wow. it'd been an eventful day. for me at least.

friends.

what exactly are friends? rather, who are exactly ur friends? people whom u hang out with everyday or just those people you actually share ur life with.

i don't know. friends are special people in and out of my life. friends are people whom i'll always remember what they had done in my life. these people are really special people to me.

of coz, i thank God for what has happened. probably, if it didn't happen, i wouldn't know like what my friends are for. probably would have lost all concious knowning why am i a friend.

it's events that happened, like this, that make me realise why am i a friend, have i been a friend.

a friend shouldn't backstab or say negative things that will be harmful. know if you hate someone u are actually committing murder?

a friend should be a friend at all times.

a friend should be there to listen.

a friend should be giving.

probably my standards are too high. i treat everyone with the same respect everyone deserves. to me, respect is of most importance.

was just thinking, remembering last time in 4/5, i used to look at the whole yewchye,eleine,olivia gang and think they probably won't make it to jc. ha. that's probably the kind of thoughts that goes through the scholars' minds when they look at me now. "i probably won't make it to uni"

ha. but that's the kind of respect i need to earn from others. that if i don't perform well in studies, people are gonna say i'm no different from others. i want to be different. because i'm not of the world. i am different.

and this time, i'm gonna try it different. i'm gonna try it hard. i'm gonna try my best to study and get my A's.

it's no fun looking at past results and only thinking "i did well before" and not "i'm still doing well now"

ha. probably the numbers are getting to me. i'm talking like nonsense now. ha. but today really taught me a lesson. a lesson not to let negative people influence you in your life. coz if there's one negative person in your life, and u stick to the person, it'll devour u and change your lifestyle. one thing dangerous of people of influence is that ur mind will be gone. haha.

i think i've changed. haha. i dont know. more mature? haha... =)
