could it be that i didn't give myself a chance?
could it be that i'd never given us a chance?

if there's anything i feared, it would be that things would not turn out alright.
i fear that history would repeat itself, that's why i backed away.

but i'm not sure what to tell u.
is this really what God wants me to do?
to give myself a chance?

will our paths still cross?
