YOU are the reason i live

life

i've always thought that whatever God puts into ur life, He'll give u the strength to overcome it, because He knows u have that amount of faith to trust in Him and to overcome it by His strength eventually.

today i learnt something new. it's true that God will give u the strength to overcome whatever problems He puts into ur life. but, whatever that u urself put into ur life, God didn't promise He'll give u the strenght to overcome it because it was u who got urself into it.

it was somethings simliar to what i'd learnt in cet some months back, that hagar gave birth to ishmmael because abraham didn't trust in God that He will give sarah a son; abraham took things into his hands, so sending hagar and ishmmael away was smth abraham had to deal with on his own because it wasn't part of God's plan.

sometimes i take things into my own hands too easily and too quickly, without thinking whether do i really have the ability to handle it and even more importantly, whether or not, is it God's will that i'm supposed to handle it.

was telling jake that i felt like backsliding. haha. i'm glad it was just a passing thought, though i really thought deep into it. like how easy it is for the devil to distract u away from God.

i was quite disappointed, quite sad. i know what caused things to worsen. i should have been more honest. i wonder how u've been getting on.
